Once the wood is completely clean and dry, brush on a small amount of teak oil and the spot should be as good as new. It is very likely that the piece will already be stained and you will therefore have to match the original color.
For darker stains, this will generally require two or more coats to get the perfect match. The trick is to first apply one or two coats of stain over the repaired area. Then, to make sure the match is perfect, apply a light coat of stain over the repaired area and the surrounding woods as well.
